Roger Fournier: “Country with a Melodic Edge”

Hailing from St. Johnsbury, Vermont, Roger Fournier has been making waves in the music world with his unique blend of ’80s rock energy and modern country storytelling. Beginning his musical journey at age 13 performing at school dances, Roger was touring Canada and New England with an ’80s rock band by 18. His love of country music was shaped by family gatherings filled with classic country tunes, fondly remembered as “Grandparents Farm.”

Roger has carved out a signature sound he calls “country with a melodic edge,” drawing inspiration from rock legends Whitesnake and Def Leppard, as well as country icons Merle Haggard, Keith Whitley, Jason Aldean, and Brantley Gilbert.

Current Projects
Roger is currently recording his eighth studio album with Ken Royster at Nashville’s Direct Image Recording Studio. He continues to refine his craft as a songwriter through the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI), establishing himself as a rising force in country music.
